The Prediction about Hillary's future career path!

SJ Sept 5th, 2012

My Prediction: on Hillary’s future career path!

You are not going to see Mrs. U.S. Secretary on this DNC convention but you will see her as the V.P spot on the Obama administration in the next presidential term. This is a big effort from her private decision and Democratic Party as well. They both ready and prepare a roadmap for her to be the first U.S female President in 2016. Hillary Clinton is a great woman! She is not only a good mother, a responsible wife but as an excellent public social advocate. As a U.S senator worked hard for Americans and by Americans, as an U.S Secretary worked very smart for all the entire World community for the peace, prosperous, democracy to more than 6 billion people in this planet. She was a great student and clever girl when she was just twelve years ago with the letter to NASA. She went Yale school in the law field and joined Rose Law Firm in Little Rock in 1977. She became the U.S first lady in 1993 and the First Lady ever elected to run for public office, won a senator seat in 2000 from New York State. Nice years later, Hillary Clinton became 67th U.S Secretary of State, the only First Lady to serve in this position. Her travel works and visits to more than 100 nations, and she also very much supported to woman groups and always raised her voice on woman’s issues and rights as well.

All her qualifications and backgrounds prepare for her the top position in the world as U.S President. During the first 1000 days in the Obama Administration, she was proving her capable and ability to run the entire of the executive office. No one could deny her talent or/ and compare, her well ahead of predecessors such as Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, Madeleine Albright , Warren Christopher, James Baker, Henry Kissinger …We should thankful and gave her the best remarks for all she has done for this great nation. I would pray for her to become the 44th American President.

Mr. Bill Clinton has a play a crucial role on her behalf and he already has set up the smooth path for her to be a president in 2016. Clinton good years always to be remain in the American heart. He wants to take this prime time opportunity to make a case for his Lady.

Remembering that any good Politicians are excellent at promises and speeches, please “read my lips”. Just vote on what you see, the facts and just do not vote for someone you fall in love with or someone you feel he/she can go a good job. Vote for your own interest, policies, future plan and especially the past history and records that candidate has passed the test. Both Clintons are not only the best couple into politic but they are the best for America. America needs a strong, smart, and determined President either lovely, reliable, genuinely cares about the people. Both Clintons have a well prepared for the position. They have a vision, invisible political skills, and the best assets for America. Hillary Clinton could be a great President and Bill Clinton could be an excellent executive adviser. Will America have both with only one price?

As President Bill Clinton has said:” Keep your hope alive” We should never ever stop hoping in our life.

Budget Deficit: What is the real problem?

April 8, 2011

Budget Deficit: What is the real problem? For many past decades since 1900 American carry over two billion in debt to 14.29 trillion today. Each year we plan a fiscal year by spending more than we have collected. The real issues here are irresponsible spending and inappropriate tax laws. This matter is so embarrassing and unresolved-able for many years from this administration to another administration. Each fiscal year, we all have seen a struggle, fighting among two popular parties about cutting or adding spending. This question always makes me so concerned and wondered when we can solve this national real problem. Do we have enough genius, talented economists, Nobel Prize Awarders in this lovely country to help out the best solution? From the bottom of my heart, yes we can fix it, not too short or not too long neither but it is also not too late to act than to be idle. If we will not begin to move today then nobody will follow us tomorrow, we got to build a future path for succeeding generations to come. A path can help to drive the nation out of the debt crisis. We need a better American living standard; we need a better environment and society with prosperity and national security, as well. "As Thomas Jefferson said, “Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.” We must figure out what is the real problem of our budget deficit "and" we got to find a common ground to solve it in a reasonably and rightly. I am sure we have more than two cutting or/and adding techniques to resolve this extremely difficult matter. The other problems we face today that the economy and political systems are not in a good shape in the past decades. I would say it is like a couple who have not has a healthy relationship. They keep fighting and fighting each day but, they could not be separated by some reasons. They also have never seen it and might not have a solution for it. Basically, they need help. The government and Congress want to sit down together. We need a serious plan to expand the economy, help American hard working families back to work. We must have a new vision for support new industries. A vision must bring the optimistic and the sense of confidence to Americans. We need to restore the trust to the economy system; a trust should not only begin to draw from People Street but Walls street. A plan must create 10 million of new jobs and bring about 9 percent annually of gross domestic products during the next couple decades. The national jobless rate should be kept under 3 percent. The next issue we must make a fair tax rules for all, an appropriate share for both rich and poor to take a part of the contribution. Do we still need any more debates or we need a solution? We have incompatible tax laws that could be a cause and effect of our economy growing and income. To attract more private investments, we need to change in the right direction. We also need modification to obtain more funds from higher level executive than as unskilled income families. A ten to twenty million more jobs will pay our debt problem in the long term. A healthier economy will help us overcome our social obstacle issues. We could not want to spend as much for our society as we have a weaker economy system. This could help us to reduce the national debt rabidly by years. Again it is not the first time; we heard the debate on America Budget deficit. I concerned about the World reaction has risen up time by the time because of the bigger and bigger US Debt and Budget deficit. It has become a problem not only for the United State but World, as well. If we do not take it serious issue, if we do not begin establish financial responsibility then we will become worst than situations. As we holdup it for years that make the problem is harder and more expensive to solve. We will also face a series of issues in the soon future such cost of wars, jobless rate, new beneficiaries and baby boomers in entering retiring process. Will those costs make our national debt limitation in higher?

Dear Mr. CEO: On April 8, 2011, your company has an announcement about the investment of 600 million to build the largest Solar Panel factory. I am so happy and enthusiastically support that conclusion in which it brings the real American dream comes true. When we all can begin reduce emission carbon, have a better living environment with greener, renewable energy, to be independent in energy and limit imported oil from foreign. This is also a key for the national security and a bright future for our next generations to come. This is an appropriate solution within the current government policy that you are one of vanguards to be leadership role in this industry. I would like to express my idea that could bring the cost of the Solar system to lowest price and competitive price in the World market. My dream is that every American home could afford to have one. At currently the cost of solar energy is still higher than conventional sources like coal, nuclear power and oil. Everyone must understand that China is now to lead in solar biggest manufacturing, surpass Europe and America, but they will face the inflation soon in the future, both at commodities and labor costs. Soon or later the products from China will increase their prices. I would consider building a solar manufacturing plant in Viet Nam is most suitable place. The main things of the solar system costs come from complexes regulations, raw materials as silicon dioxide, land resource, and manufacturing processing. The other would be a volume of production. Viet Nam will meet all of these demands. They have fewer regulations, and upon the recent call from Viet Nam Government to support developing solar industry. They have profuse raw material mines as silica (silicon dioxide); they have cheap land to build plant; they have decent weather; and they have cheaper manpower resources but hard working labor force. To build a photovoltaic crystalline cell plant in Viet Nam is the best option for now. We can have massive production of cells in Viet Nam Plant. We then will ship back by navigation to American shore for final panel assembly and quality control before we complete solar system. We know thin film-cell is going to take advantage in the lower cost than silicon for now, but the PV crystalline is still the one with the highest efficiency in converting sunlight into electricity. If we can take this cost down than the industry will be remarkably successful, it usually occurs when the demand is high then the price is up but in the opposite of the solar industry, when the demand is high then the costs will be reduced, and the profit will rise. We will have an increase the market share capacity expansion and we also will increase the massive production of volume. At the same time, we can bring its cost to it level as 65 cent per watt as low as conventional electricity sources. I am sure the demand will increase rapidly in response to cheaper prices is to start showing its face. The question is who would not love to have a solar system for your home, businesses, companies that save the costs of electricity for 15-30 years long. Thank you for taking the time to considering my thought. Best Regards, Kenenth Phan

A letter to President!

A Letter to President!

Dear Mr. President:

Over the past years, I have seen your administration and U.S Congress tried many efforts to prevent our economy into great depression. Our country is now in a recession. First we did help to bail out a 100 years auto industry. Second we helped in the time of the financial industry in collapse. Third is to prevent mortgage crisis that bring up million homes into foreclosure. So far we have very positive impacts in helping banking, lending out of the problems so Auto businesses would be stable. The news shows GM is going to return over eight billion back to TARP program. The Ford Corporation also paid back about 4 billion dollars to reduce their debt. This is a very optimistic point in the last many months but still have an obstacle way to pass along before we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I know you feel the pain from our hard working families in losing their homes. The home they have been living for years. The government has tried a few programs so lenders to help resolve this huge crisis, but we are still far away from this troubling problem. The pro and con among lenders and government goes around and around for many months. The mathematic problem that we should low interest rate, prolong mortgage terms and reduce the principal? The main issue we need to clear here is principal reducing for those underwater properties. My problem solving now is to reduce it but still can produce a constructive result for all involved parties and for own economy in the long run.

I have a better strategy; I want to share one simple proverb from my motherland: “Lieu com gap mam” try to seize the bowl of rice but forget the whole table of food…

What I mean we should create a “swap plan” for all in which we can help single home ownership with underwater mortgage to swap their primary resident to the one where they still can live. They would be able to make an affordable payment for their life time. They still can contribute back to their society. This plan will help to make our housing market stably. This plan will help to prevent another foreclosure wave. This plan needs a full support from all lending services. They need support from your administration where lenders help to finance and all level of your government. Federal will direct the housing marketing grow in the right direction. I am sure this plan will help to prevent the commercial real estate into the domino crash process in the near soon. This will also help us to create more jobs and pass through this crisis quicker. Maybe it will make our economy recovery sooner but it could create a healthy environment for our economy in general.

Yours truly,

Kenneth Phan
